1- The release of the first attendant console for Skype for Business Online: “Enghouse Interactive’s TouchPoint Attendant”.
Enghouse Interactive’s TouchPoint Attendant for Skype for Business enables a receptionist or operator to provide exceptional service through an intuitive interface which automatically prompts the most relevant and up-to-date information while amplifying the UC capabilities provided by Skype for Business.
2- The arrival of two new calling features: “Call Queues” & “Auto Attendant”.
Call Queues enables incoming calls to be routed to the next available live attendant in the order they are received. Auto Attendant helps you automatically answer and route inbound calls using dial pad inputs and speech recognition.
3- The release of new authentication capabilities to enhance security in Skype for Business Online.
These new capabilities include multi-factor authentication for PowerShell, certificate-based authentication.
4- Greater visibility for identifying and addressing end-user call issues with Skype for Business Call Analytics (in preview), which is a new dashboard in Office 365 admin console.
5- The ability to connect existing video conferencing devices to Skype for Business Online meetings with Polycom RealConnect for Office 365 and the new Crestron SR for Skype Room Systems.
